sleepyhead.
just got back from johor. had smtg to do there. we went to the cinema to watch malaysia's horror film, Jangan Tegur. i was very disturbed by the audience making alot of noises. gosh. no doubt the ticket was cheaper there but you get what u pay. singapore are way better. only to a certain extend tho.
there's one scene where an ustaz was doing his recitation of surah yassin. one guy behind me was reading along with the ustaz and continue the ayat and mind you, he was reading it out loud. i mean, pls la. he dont have to tell the whole audience in the theater that he hafal surah yassin.
at first i thot it was the malaysians being uncivilised but after doing my personal reflection in the car while on the way home, i figured out that that act applies to most malays. i remembered the other time we went to watch ayat-ayat cinta at e!hub. there's a group of makcik2 talking, giving comments to each other and gossiping out loud while the movie was played. they stopped only after a guy at the back shouted "diam uh bodoh!". can you imagine how annoying it can be? mama cuold not take it until she asked me y cant they behave like us. for those who have not experience it, try and watch a malay film anywhere. do let me know how the audience react. :)
*its like a puzzle. you just have arrange and figure out the answer yourself. im sure you're matured enough to do it. that might help.*
