vintage classics

i watched The Miracle Worker yesterday till about 1a.m. its a black n white movie. i borrowed the cd on tuesday and its due on friday. i had no choice but to watched it yesterday night.

the film is about a little girl named Helen Keller who is locked in a frightening, lonely world of silence and darkness since infancy. basically she's deaf n blind. she was pampered n was not sent to school. when she was seven, her parents decided to home school her. a teacher named Annie Sullivan came to teach her. she endured herself with lots of patience. theres alot of moral to learn from this movie.

MG!

seems like everything is not working.. pfft.. 1st, im having a headache. 2nd, i've installed a program but i cannot run that blarddy toot! argh. 3rd, i wanna watch dvd on my com but i havent installed the dvd program. cos i've rebooted my com.. yaAllah! oh.. and im listening to ria.. the song played is 'nakal' ~~panas, panas, panas, panas badan ini. pusing, pusing, pusing, pusing kepala ini~~. what a perfect timing huh!

aniwaes, went to jb just now. its was jam packed! keadaan jalan raya di causeway woodlands menghala ke johor kelihatan begitu sesak sekali.. haha.. amcm? blh jadi dj tk?? haaha ok lame. teet!! haha watched film "apa kata hati" at city square. the film ok uh.. basically i feel moody today la.. everything i do seems uneasy and uncomfotable. Period! a lil review about the film.. i think farid kamil should not be the hero.. i prefer awal to take his watak. the film is about Elly(raja farah), a fashion designer, who can listen to what a men is thinking. cool aye?? haha. its similar to the film "what women wants". the difference is how they get this power.

wednesday- went to school at about 12 to take back my EnCon assignment. the entire class results was deducted by 5 marks due to irresponsible person that borrowed library books from swee n did not returned back. pfft.. after that, went to school library to do group project. saw harith there. chat for a lil n he left. myra's lappy was not configured so i decided to do it at my house. had lunch at airport T2 staff canteen n desserts at swensens! yummiey! apperently, we were supposed to do our project but the eating time took most of our precious time so what it the plan B?? we did it till late night n mira end up sleeping at my house. lol. we plan to wake up at 6.30 am. we did but unfortunately, we went back sleeping and woke up at 9am instead. haha. continue with the assignments till about 5pm. get ready n off to EVD chalet.

car tragic

1st. my dad was reverse parking our car at a carpark. kerane cuai, he langga the pillar. everyone in the car started to panic. luckily not that bad. only pink paint stain. syukur alhamdulillah.
2nd. theres 2 car chasing each other. the black car was chasing a blue car. at 1 point, the blue car make a sharp lane change n went to different sub road. what a drama. i was kecut perot dlm kereta. ni mcm nk ader license?? haha can.. no prob..
3rd. saw a motor accident along the way to jb. it was a van n a motor. the motor was like under the van. but i dont think anyone was hurt.
4th. a car accident. i was back frm jb at spore highway. i think the car ran over the bush at the road shoulder cos theres alot of leaves on the car.. it reminds me of army.. where they camouflage themselves.

watched ayat-ayat cinta for the 3rd time! but this time cd. 2nd was youtube. 1st was cinema. kentot.. haha. i like the part where fahri nikah atas air.. soo cool lah.. i want like that can?? its rhetorical qsn btw.. haha

hey hey hey!

im on holiday now. wee~ its already 1 week.. but now then i tell.. haha.. slow eh..another week of holiday then school re opens.. so anyway., this whole week, theres not a single day that i rest at home without going out. hari2 mesti kluar.. ader je tempat yg nk pegi.. haha

watched ayat-ayat cinta at downtown east on thursday... best2.. i want my guy like fahri, as in the attitude.. patient, sincere and understanding.. for looks, like him also can.. either like him or better. lol. my bro graduation day falls on the same day. went there to take pic with him n my family..the pics is still with kak aini.. i'll post it once i got a hold of it.

its been exactly 1 month that my ankel is in pain. fuhh.. so longg la.. nk solat pon susah sey.. had a massage just now.. wonder if it works.. insyaAllah.. readers.. any suggesstion on what i should do or where i should go to cure this pain??

i know that lately we had a conflict.. i thot everythings settled.. tk tau pulak yg korg semua balas membalas post kat blog masing2.. tk penat ke?? before this thing happens, i dont care if u guys are bitching bout me in a way or another. that was past.. manusia mane yg tk mengumpat kn.. everyone does.. even i do.. sometimes, small matters pon blh jadi topic utk kite mengumpat. kn?? ape lagi among kite kawan2 ni.. but its ok by me.. tu dulu.. before u all actually know me.. in this matter, everyone is to blame.. by pointing fingers kat semua org wont do justice. i will not put the blame on farah alone as what u mention in your blog. as for the part where sarah mention about me changing, i didnt realise actually..besides appeareance, i dont think i've change alot.. but if thats what u think, that i change for the better, well.. good uh.. lets move forward n try to forget abt the past.. thats our learning experience.. we are not the only group in the class that is facing this problem.. there are others also.. they r handling this matter differently as to how we are handling ours. i shall not say who they are.

enough said! im sorry if u guys think im wrong. in a way that u guys r not satisfied with me or ape2.. once again, i apologise! ikhlas

i thought or watching 'bapak mentuaku' now.. but watching the first part bores me even more.. so i switched it off n decided to blog.. kan lagi mulia.. haha

update bout this week so far..

monday- went downtown east to watched congkak and bowl. there are a total of 19 people. mama, ayah, baba,abg, adk, daddy, mummy, umi noor, pkck munzir, hykel, hanan, afiq, cik aini, cik adi, aisyah, nurul, era, amyra n me. this is the 'blanje' after the rewang. soo fun la..

tuesday- we had guest lecture in the morning. its collin okashimo. the lecture is kinda good. i want more guest lect can?? aniwaes, aft the lect, went to jb. myra followed me. tah ape dier semboh until mk bpk dier bagi.. lol.

wednesday- went to tiong bahru. again! the weather is sooooooo hottt n HUMID! WTT! (omg. my bro is watching american idol again... for the 3rd time.. i want david archuleta to win) we were there bout 11am till 3pm. imagine, we were walking around the estate without shelter n the plaza...NO AIR-CON! pfft.. but good la.. in a way.. sustainable building.. lol. interviewed some ppl there.. mostly old generations. some like kentot.. some peramah..

hey hoo..
yesterday was my grandma's open house.. so tiring but fun.. thanks myra for helping out the event though u're late.. ;)
in the morning was maulud. its all guys.. theres even mufti there.. u know.. he's the guy who announce in the news when is hari raya.. after that was their eating time.. i wanted to go out to check on which food to refill but im scard that my habib will scold cos of all guys there..but then, i still go out.. haha.. nasib tk kene marah.. myra.. the goaty.. uh huh.. hehe
next shift was at 2+pm.. all my grandma's friends turn.. 1st that came was Comel(thats her name..). baba was praying, mum was upstairs n there was nobody to layan her so i approached her. she said her cucu(melor) was from greenview sec. she knows me but i dont know her. lol. so theres someone spying on me huh.. she tend to update everything bout me to her grandma. i was like what ther!! so now..i think melor can join nina.. to join the club.. later i name the club for u guys eh.. haha. crap.. teettt...next!
as the event was on, there were alot. i press the word ALOT. haha. theres alot of people that mistook me as my mum. they say i looked like my mum when she was my age. pon bacik came up to me n said "gina.. (confused face) ey.. ni anak nyer gi eh??" lol.. wat ther.. there were few more artist veteran. but some i dunno who.. oh oh.. the food was catered from mahmud father.. lol.. the night b4, they came.. to send all the trays n stuff.. i was inside the house.. suddenly my uncle called me saying that my friend wants to see me.. it was about 11+.. my face was stoink2.. n i didnt even wear my glasses.. so i just smiled blurly.. haha

after the event, we sent myra to pasir ris park to meet her family. there were 8 ppl in the car. lol.. all aged 21 n below. so fun.. we laugh all the way.. all of us went out to meet her fam.. salam n everything n went off. all of us said "bye myra.. jumpe bsk uh eh." n her parents was like " ader ape pulak bsk??" lol.. the tone was so funny.. today my uncle want to blanje all those who help out..ard 15 people.. we're watching movie, congkak, later at 3.10pm. my fam didnt want to watch cos we've already watched but my uncle forced us.. if theres time, we'll go bowl.

last day of PS n ccn day!

last day of public speaking and ccn day!

unfortunately, i've typed the whole entry n when i wanna save it, i accidentally delete the whole thing.. MG! pfft.. nevermind.. i shall retype..

just wanna share what happened today.

early in the morning was public speaking class.. it was our last day so we thanked evelyn, the lecturer, n say farewell to her.. theres a pic of her..she's sweet la.. i shall post it in the next entry.

next, went lunch with steph, shi hui n awie. later they left n we continued our lunch with the "budak segar" aka freshies. lol. they r a bunch of cool ppl.. we can easily click with them. after eat2, laugh2, sue got a called frm her friend who is in communications n media management. she said that syarif sleeq is performing at business sch, LT 19. that time was abt 3+pm n our class jam n hop starts ard 4pm. so we decided to singgah. syarif performed with a band of 4 ppl. theres also beatbox, solo bla bla bla..at the end of the 'gig', farhanah, sue's friend, asked one of the band members (the dude in white) whether we can take pic with them. he said can n called the rest to gather but we were still sitting. then syarif asked me "all of u guys wanna take pic is it??" i was like.. errrrr.... yubb.... then i stood up n went to them followed bby the rest..

then i heard someone's calling out my name. i was like, ehh.. sape sia.. then rupenyer luqman n friends.. he asked me whether i still remembered him. i was like "duh!" haha

so as i approached the band

syarif: you guys from cmm course is it?

ziza: uhh.. no la...

syarif: i thot she's(amyra) frm cmm??

the dude in brown: ey.. she's from environment design la.. cant u see its written on her tee..

i was like smiling n syarif kept denying n said that its not because of him that we want to take pic.. lol.. pape la ye..

then all say thank you n bye.

next, we head down to design space for the jam n hop. i was surprised when i saw farah m dance. she dance like theres no tmr.. haaha.. but cool uh.. liyana also can dance.. woot woot! go farah.. go farah.. haha.. lame. ok i know.. i went to the DJ. it was siva incharge. the turntable was soo cool..its a lappy with this program.. obviously i wanna try.. hahai try n play it like mcm phm.. haha.. alahhh.. so tired la..

pfft.. i still got assignment to do.. but i think im gonna sleep now then continue tmr morning. at least now i have in mind on wat to do/write in the essay..

basically mira came to my house aft public speaking to discuss the assignment. at first we wanted to do it at the sch library but then my mum called and said she had bought lunch for me. the bustop incident was damn funny.. well... i dont wanna share.. lazy la.. nk kene type2.. wanna know, ask me personally.. interval..wait. i wanna msg sarrs first..

i browse thru 1 fashion designer's blog from malaysia. theres like alot of celebs pics.. one of it is diana danielle.. MG.. shes soooo pretty la.. she 17 but dont look like 1.. more matured.. but whatever it is.. she gorgesc! the designer reminds me of tarmizie.. lol!

i wonder why some woman want to be a body builder.. if they joined competition, the prize is like lesser then man. they were considered second class. their body looks like a men.. n if they use inject drugs, their body might grow more hair n their voice might break! so wats the point?? haha gasak la..

btw mira.. my mum said ure good?? haha bile sey.. ohh i think ya.. she didnt say good.. she said u can join the group.. all mkn pedas2.. oh oh.. this sunday.. make sure dtg ngan mak n adk kau.. kalau kau nk bwk rombongan, nant dulu.. tunggu aku nikah baru blh.. haha

feel like blogging now..

i have assignment to do but i havent do n choose not to do for the moment.. haha.. blh gitu.. so aniwae, had my last speech for public speaking class. thats it. no more. but i did enjoy myself. my speech was about hair. the title?? HAIRlore. lol. we were to incld some humour to the speech. well, luckily my class have a sense of humour. they laugh at the joke i convey. some was forced by me to laugh. haha..so fun. throughout 5 mins of speech, i included 2 humour segment.

1st: the topic for that slide was about man with bald head. i edited my pic with hady mirza n animate it. the first pic was hady with hair. second was hady with bald head and third, our pic was crack into half cos i dont like botak man. its kinda cool.. i like that slide.. but y hady?? i actually want oversease man. like shayne ward cos he used to have longer hair and now botak. easier for me.. no need to edit. however, the lecturer is like tk tgk tv nyer orang so i choose local. which is down to hady n taufik. well... its obvious i'll choose taufik.. eh.. i mean hady.. haha.. chill mira..

2nd: types of baldness n its meaning. if u're bald infront means you're a thinker. if u're bald at the center means u're a lover. if u r bald both front n back, means u think u're a lover. geddit?? lol.. Amaris nyer pandai "really uh??" haha.. padahal dier kene goreng..

oh n JY, he asked me question before i end my presentation. the QnA was at the end.. but he just shoot me. i did ans him then i said QnA is at the end of my presentation btw. OUCH!

after school, went back home. then went to sheng siong. then to vivo.. what we did at vivo?? eat rojak, buy belt for this sunday n went home.. haha.. boring nyer crite.. i know.

hello world!
i feel so refreshed today.. had gained back my beauty sleep. finally! basically theres alot of things going on this week. but im lovin it. tracking down what i did... hmmm..
tuesday- went to bedok library to discuss my group assignment. we were assigned on mon evening n had only 1 day to do.. well.. i must say that the product didnt turn out good. theres some wrangle between us and the lecture due to notes. we did learn frm mistakes.
moving on
wednesday- tutorial n lectures for public speaking class. had a quick lunch and went to complete the EnCON assignment which is due that day. at night, spent 3 hrs infront of the com, chatting n watch them chat.
thursday- public speaking was fun. we were taught breathing exercise and how to relax n stretch n open up mouth to project voice. damn fun n funny. its like singing class. i dont undertand y some ppl in the class dont like PS. u might need it in the future. after that, we discussed some matters with some ppl.. then the other.. then sarah. well sarah, its hard for mira n i to confront u at first but if we just kept quite n pretend ntg happens, things will get worst. by doing so, at least all of us knows what is the main problem n we can work on it. from now on, between 4 of us must must have a boundary that is friends, close friends, colleague n working partners. when doing projects, we r colleague n working partners. outside, we r friends n close friends. n dont afraid to voice out. mira n farah, i see that coming along during yesterday's meeting. good! ok.. then towards the end of the day, i received good news. so happy with it n hope she gets the deal. insyaAllah.
friday- next assignment. STB Tiong Bahru. where the toots is that. haha. called STB and HDB. went BCA and URA to clarify where it the location. but they say that it does not exist. so how?? i messaged swee. n she said the assignment dateline was postponed to aft our 2 weeks holiday due to the problems faced by most groups.. nasib la sey.. so frm URA which is located at Maxwell, i took a cab to my grandma's place. i was charges $15.70. pfft! i so cant wait to get my license.. ;) at 8, went to suntec city to watch speed racer. the movie there was digital screening.. crystal clear.. i advise u guys to watch animated films like speed racer, shrek wadelse.. basically animated la.. watch it at suntec.. the price is like golden village.. theres not many ppl watching so the theater was freezing cold.. unfortunately, i slept.. but ni skjp je.. i guess... haaha.. so tired la.. aft the show, went to simpang bedok.. i said to mira that i will not eat.. just sit down, fold arms n watch them eat however, hahah.... i ate. but only 2 spoons of noodle.. ok la tu.. lol
saturday- im supposed to do PS draft now but im blogging instead.. lol.. not sure whether im going out today.. mothers day?? no.. we dont celebrate.. :)

went Marina Square.. the lighting there was nice.. i have to admit.. the installation of fixtures at the atruim is kinda similar to our howard brandston competition lighting we did for the lobby..

aniwaes, we ate lunch cum dinner at the food court. a lil story to share..

my family n i sat at a table opposite one malay couple. they seems abt 20+. as i approach the place, i was looking at the couple. 1st was the girl, then the guy. the guy also looked at me. few minutes later, the girl merajok n stop eating. i was kpo so i watched the whole 'drama'. the guy said "asal?? asal tk nk mkn? uh..." but she kept quite.. then i dunno wtt happened cos i went to order my food. when im back., the guy was still pujuk-ing the matair.. im not sure what the guy did n viola.. shes eating again.. hahaha. im not sure y but is it because of me that the girl jealous n merajok?? lol.. gasak uh.. im not meeting them in the future aniwaes..

back frm marina, i wore hair straigtening cream.. duno if it works.. but im rebonding my hair at a salon again before hari raye.. this is just temporary..

so sleepy la sey.. pfft..

speech
today is the sos speech(special occassion speech) for public speaking. i was the presenter for Teens Special Award. amyra n i collaborate.. we did an act where i present the award n she'll receive it.. best kn?? haha.. ok lame.. but it was quite fun uh.. nk lagi blh?? alah.. suda la kau.. haah.. i'm quite satisfied with my delivery of speech. comments made by evelyn, the adjunct lecturer was that i've include anecdotes to the script, i smiled ;) and i speak with good poise..the way i stand with confidence and i was calm.. wee... the negative point was that i'm laking of vocal variety. other than that, its fine. ok.. satu beban da habis.. fuhhh...
i'll post the persentation pics some other day when i get a hold of it ya.. i took a video of my presentation n JY said i'm a camwhore.. what the! JY, no link u know.. its stated in the booklet that when u present, ask ur friend to record. so that u'll learn from ur mistake.
luckily i brought along slippers just now.. my leg has not fully recovered.. its suffering to walk in 3 inch heels when ur ankle's hurt. so i wore it only during class. rina, aku tau kau mesti look forward for the pics kn.. haha

SHOPPING!! wee...

its been a week plus since i went shopping.. busy with schools stuff n due to my leg, i could barely walk. so i have to stay at home.. btw, its getting better i think. so ok uh.. i tried the traditional method of threating but doesnt works.. so i went doctor yesterday. however, the doctor could not identify the specific cause of this illness.. so he gave me 3 types of pills for me to try.. within a week, if the pain comes back, i have to undergo blood test.. blarrdy!

about today.. as i've mention, i went shopping.. opps.. i mean retail therapy.. saw nenek miah at forever 21 with kak nur(pangkat auntie) normal stuff we'll talk about when we meet.. 1st, amcm skola? 2nd, she'll ask when will hakeem go NS. 3rd, matair. 4th, update about kak nur as a stewardess.. apparently, she has resigned... lol.. then she crack a joke.. saying that my bro should use the gelang at forever 21 as his hantaran.. cheaper... in total, i spent bout $400+.. i didnt realize that.. haha.. nvm.. this is for 2 weeks spending.. or maybe a month.. cos next weekend, i think we will be busy arranging furniture n drilling nails at my grandma's house.. cos on the 18th of may, she'll be having maulud and open house. yeay! best.. i have issue on events.. i tend to get excited.. haha.. mcm maner?? mcm gitu uh..

longg n busy week!

its been a week plus since i've update tis blog..im busy with schools n stuff yg sewaktu dgnnye. update bout what had happen so far.

basically i joined Howard Brandston competition. its on lighting design. amyra slept at my house as we did it last min but we managed to complete everything before sending the board to new york. quite satisfied with ourself as that is the 2nd comp we joined besides the CDL sculpture comp.

moving on, last friday, my left leg got "sampok". suddenly it swell. damn pain. went to one "nenek" to ask for air jampi. she said i stepped on hantu daena. kentot.

wat else.. erm.. see la.. i got alot to tell, but end up telling a lil.. haha

oh oh.. i went to watch iron man yesterday..i had a headache so i ate panadol before going.. the movie was good however, i slept for almost half of it.. managed to watch the starting n the ending... jadi la tu.. haha
